Starport currently uses owner approval, public records, technical gates, and explicit limits. It does not simulate institutions or community powers that do not yet exist.

Development Notes preserve dated claims, corrections, evidence, and material changes instead of replacing history with new marketing copy.
Automated checks protect Canon, content language, assets, builds, deployment contracts, and security dependencies.
Any future sale requires external review that cannot be replaced by the project reviewing its own code or documents.
