These terms govern access to the public Starport website, documentation, and project records. Starport currently operates as a pre-incorporation independent project. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.
Project Status
The intended Starport Foundation is not represented as an incorporated or operating public treasury today. Plans, concept art, draft systems, and development records are informational and may change. A roadmap is not a guarantee that a feature, date, or commercial service will be delivered.
No Transaction Service
This website currently provides no public Mint, wallet connection, token purchase, exchange, custody, Treasury execution, or binding governance service. Do not send funds to an address merely because it claims to represent Starport. Any future official transaction portal would require separate terms and would be linked from the official site only after its release gates are complete.
Use of Services
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, distribute malware, impersonate the project, scrape protected systems, or use Starport names and materials to mislead others.
Intellectual Property
Starport names, logos, characters, world materials, images, text, and software remain the property of their respective project owner or licensors. Viewing the public site does not grant a commercial licence, ownership interest, or permission to imply an official partnership.
Third-Party Services
The website may link to independently operated hosting, content, social, or support services. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. A link does not convert an unofficial wallet, marketplace, account, or contract into an official Starport service.
Disclaimer
The public website and records are provided on an as-available basis. The project works to keep dated claims accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that plans and drafts will remain unchanged. Material corrections should be recorded rather than silently presented as historical fact.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the website, operating structure, or services change. The page will display its current update date. Transaction services, if ever introduced, require their own approved terms rather than a silent expansion of this page.
